Join Hi-Wire Brewing Wilmington for its first ever Fat Tuesday event on February 16th from 5pm-9pm. Tickets include live music from Randy McQuay, a face mask contest, and NOLA style dinner from  T'Geaux Boys food truck! 

Mask contest includes Best Costume & Best Mask- the winner of each category will win a HiWire Brewing gift card and king cake from the T'Geaux Boys food truck!

Menu:

  • “Étouffée”-Traditional Chicken & Andouille Sausage style served over rice and w/ Leidenheimer's French bread
  • “New Orleans Red Beans-n-Rice”- served with Pecan Smoked Andouille sausage or Vegan style over rice and with Leidenheimer’s French Bread
  • “Crawfish Mac-n-Cheese”- Our five cheese Mac with sweet Crawfish tail and a crunchy cheese topping
  • “Bourbon Street PoBoy”-Roast Beef-n-Gravy w/Provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo
  • “Sassy PoBoy”-Bourbon BBQ pulled chicken w/Cheddar, lettuce & tomato
  • “Kenna Bra Vegan PoBoy”- Hummus, crunchy greens, tomatoes, cukes, avocado salsa, banana peppers & a crunchy and fried onion beet mix topping
    • All items are served as a meal with our New Orleans Zapp’s Chips.

Table reservations are required.  Tickets are priced per person ($20) but are sold as tables. General Admission tickets are available in 2 person [$40], 4 person [$80], 6 person [$120], & 8 person [$160].  

For the safety of our customers and staff, we are operating at a limited capacity to ensure social distancing can be maintained. All guests are required to wear a mask when interacting with staff, queens, and anyone outside your party and when visiting the restroom, so please remember to bring a mask or face covering.⁣⁣⁣⁣
